We need to remember to be thankful for each day as it comes. It is so easy to forget that it can be the little things that drive us crazy and it is also the little things that can bring joy into our lives.

Any child's laughter
The sight of the joyful look on a child's face when they first bite into a slice of watermelon.
Getting a new recipe turn out just right.
Hearing from an old friend
The satisfaction of canning for the winter.
A beautiful sunset
Looking forward to tomorrow
