The Old Tree

So many years the old tree was a part of the scene,
From a young sapling to the strong silent sentinel,
How many children played under its branches of green,
Giving shade to those that needed to rest in its coolness,
The mighty  tree could not withstand the horror of the storm,
giving in to the force it fell to rest on the land that gave him  life.

Rain

Standing in the rain
With nothing to gain,
His life shattered
The family scattered,
Everything seemed lost
His mistakes really cost,
Raindrops cleansing him
Waiting for the hymn,
Silence was all around
As lightning struck the ground.

Monday

A sweet Monday morning, the birds are happily singing their morning songs. The wind is no where to be found (yet). I hope the day goes as nice as it is now.

Going into the past

A little blurry because it was taken while the bus was moving, but I wanted a feel of the old Deadwood without electric lines etc. Sepia would be the only way to do this picture back in the day. I could feel the vibes from days long past as I walked down the streets  of Deadwood today. There is still the feeling of rawness if you let yourself feel it.

Getting the hang of blogger

I guess I will have to get used to posting on  here first and then copy and paste to Multiply. I am not happy with the prospect of moving all my stuff from multiply to here. The fact that it is going to turn into a Indonesian sales site, makes me feel like the  bots on yahoo alt med site. I miss 360 and maybe just maybe this site will turn into one like it.
I am still trying to figure out how to make my page pretty with the new changes being  made. .
