Fester

Mean words piercing ones heart,
Words spoken carelessly,
Hard hearted and unfeeling,
Trying not to show the hurt,
The wound lays deep within,
The pain  grows and festers until,
Your mind, your heart  explodes,
Leaving a hole in your spirit to heal.
